Message to get the fresh oil circulated, she didn't throw any codes, all was well. She sat for 2 days then we resumed working on her, she fired up and once left to idle longer than 10 secs she started knocking LOUDLY and stalled out shortly after. So now we aren't able to get any communication codes from her,due to the lack of starting right now.

As of last week, both MAF's were re-verified to be good, as a matter of fact, bought the 2nd one off a local tt.net member that most on here know his screen name :)

I am thinking of putting the injectors on a machine to clean them tomorrow an throwing on a new OEM fuel filter for good measure... Could the old 93 Octane, (though drained prior to start up), dust, etc from sitting so long have left enough crap in the lines to seemingly instantaneously clog up the new OEM filter and Sard 850cc's, causing this instant SUPER lean condition for idle knock?

Just fishing for ideas on what to try when I see this red headed step child tomorrow an I proceed to BEAT on her (plz don't call child services, lol).

It has been almost 3 weeks of tinkering already, an I wanna help him be done with this spawn of satan creature we call a Z32!!! hahaha............sigh......

**As for my 95TTZ, I will be posting up her lovely story one day soon, if the TT.NET Nazi's won't BAN me again, lol (BUt long story short, she is fine :) Still needs some paint here an there, but couldn't be happier with my Fairlady..
