Subject	Rough when driving at cold start

Message	Hey guys when I drive my 91 NA auto 300zx from a cold start it runs really rough, it is hard just to get it past 20mph. It seems to be stuck at 2k rpms. I changed spark plugs but that did not seem to do any help. Once the car's driving for 1-2 minutes, the problem goes away. Heres a video I recorded aswell:
