thanks for the replies. the posts are clean and tight. i took a peak at the fuses in the inline small box near the battery they look ok but ya i should prob replace the one that is for ign circuit atleast if that doesnt work i can rule it out right. i will definitely give the ground some attention as well. today i tried the old hammer starter tap but nothing. when i try to start it the dash lights dim a bit each time and i can here a click coming from under the car which i assume is the starter . i just finished replacing the window motor and actuator and replaced the broken plastic piece on the drivers door lock so for the first time in a long time the window works and the car can lock so i was pretty happy with that considering my limited shop skills but my car not starting is driving me insane since the weather is now nice and i would love to get out and enjoy the z like you guys do, lol. thanks again, ill keep updating and keep sending me ideas of possible issues please.
