| You need to get that fixed.. don't turn up fuel pressure to "band-aid" fix it. What injectors do you have? I hope you aren't saying that you have mis-matched injector sizes. What are you doing to test them for flow? Maybe somthing is clogging it up? have you OHM tested the injectors? test all of them... look for differences. I wouldn't use an AFC for adjusting fuel.. Just buy nistune etc.. its alot better anyways. You can do so much more with it.. diagnosing etc Which ECU program do you have for those 550s? Are you testing them at idle? The fuel pressure will rise when intake manifold pressure raises (through boost/vacuum etc) What is your fuel pressure NOW? At idle? Set it to STOCK fuel pressure at idle (~800rpm). BTW.. You can run a 3" test pipe setup on stock cats.. I did for a while back in the day. Sell the neo.. get nistune/similar. I would say.. get a ECU program that matches the injector sizes. and whatever intake setup you have. Set it to stock fuel pressure. Let the Eprom (ecu program) do the work. If you want it finely tuned.. Use Nistune or similar. Leave fuel pressure alone.. let the pressure differential of the intake manifold do the work for that.
