The only cons I've heard regarding lightweight flywheels are either from those who drag race their cars (where you would want to maintain as much inertia as possible, which the lightened FW contradicts), or from those who drive like grandmas. The engine does respond much better, however during casual driving will drop revs noticeably quicker when shifting. Nothing a days worth of getting used to it can't fix, and a minor adjustment in driving/shifting technique. I've had my Fidanza for ~8 years with absolutely no complaints.
