Subject	turbo question

Message	I am about to put a jspec motor in my car and the turbos do not spin freely.... I can spin them with my hand but they stop right away... I understand that its better for them to spin and stay spinning but are these turbos completely junk? can they last me a few months till I can afford to replace or rebuild them? And will they produce boost? when i put an impact to the back of the turbos to spin them faster than i can when using my hand, they pretty much stop right away once i take away the impact... what are your thoughts?
