How do I just remove the passenger side cover? I don't want to start unbolting the CAS and other things if it's not required. I understand the if in doubt replace it mentality, I replaced EVERYTHING on my twinturbo. However I paid $400 for the whole car and didn't really have maintence on TWO 300zx's in the budget. I am definatly going to do the 120k on the new Z but I need a month or two to get that kinda extra cash. I wanted to do a visual inspection to help me decide if I can drive it while I wait or if I should drive the turbo. I perfer the turbo but I've put $20,000 into it and hate racking up miles on it (long commute to work) plus it gets half the gas mileage of the non-turbo.
I've read the 120k steps but it's not real clear what I need to do so I can remove ONLY the passenger side cover. Can you give more detail or a better link to the procedure?
