Message tight.. both positive and ground.. Also check the chassis ground.

I have had an issue before where my negative and positive battery cables were tight.. but when I really checked them.. they werent connecting right.. Clean the terminals and make sure they are really tight.. If you must, use some battery post shims.

After that.. I check ALL relays in engine bay.. just tap them with the back of a screwdriver/remove then put them back.

The cold weather will increase electrical resistance.
