Message You'll want to identify which cylinder is causing a miss (assuming it really is a miss). You can do this at idle by individually pulling the spark or fuel source from each cylinder and listening for an idle drop (should be obvious). When you pull part of the ignition source from a cylinder that causes no drop, you'll know that one is a problem cylinder.

From there, you'll be able to see if the problem cylinder(s) match up to the low compression ones or not. Personally, I think if they're around 140 they should still operate; I believe you can drop a bit of oil into the cylinder to see if that temporarily raises the compression to check what the particular lack of compression issue is (search for more info).

Once you confirm a cylinder is out, before jumping to it being a compression issue - verify you're getting fuel and spark to that cylinder.
