Message	the block really locked up? People have these engines sitting for long periods of time with no issues? Something doesn't sound right? JDM engines can be a crap shoot - never know what kind of condition they are in and often suppliers lie about them being fully tested. US Spec is what these cars came with - but for the most part are the same as the engines in Japan. Run some searches here - lots more on engine swaps, JDMs, etc. if you poke around a bit...
