Message	it really does cover all you need to know. No biggie if not doing the seals or the pulley studs -- just skip over that part. If you are doing the belt - I'd recommend doing the tensioner too (unless you know for sure it has low miles). Also I have a write-up in the AutoFAQ section on add'l 120k servicing tips -- give that a quick read for some hints like how using a wood wedge to keep the t-belt on the crank sprocket during the reinstall, etc....
