Message	so after a plenum pull my car is hunting for idle. it will idle down, but only to 1100 or so then surges back up to 1600. it does this constantly and never finds as actual idle speed. ive checked linkage...no interference as well as boost leak tested followed all FSM procedures for an idle issues and reset. still surging idle.. Im getting very frustrated any help would be awesome
