Subject	EGR system bypass?

Message	I am looking for advice regarding my EGR system - I currently have the plenum removed to install 550cc injectors with an ecu upgrade. I am also installing a front mount intercooler with HKS ss blowoff valves, and down pipes which will eliminate the cats. Should I leave the EGR system alone or look to bypass or eliminate it? Any advice would be much appreciated
