Things to do?

Deletes: (Your choice, not mandatory)

Throttle body bypass (really should)
Carbon Canister
EGR (Smog at your own risk)
AIV (If you have a 90/91)

Hoses:

Replace all water hoses with silicone. (Some are VERY hard to get to while motor is in)

Pay attention to the brake booster and clutch booster vac hoses that attach to the plenum, they usually become brittle and break during removal/installation.

New OEM PCVs and PCV hoses

Electrical:

Replace the EFI harness! It will never be easier.
(There is a bracket under the dash where the harness comes through the firewall, cut it to get the harness out/in easily)

Get the new style and switch to the new style CAS/PTU.
(the newer 95 harness uses a different AC connector, solder the old one on)

Clean the grounding points on motor/firewall

Seals:

Replace Intake and exhaust valve cover gaskets (BDE half moon seals)

Rear and Front Main seals as well as oil pan

120k Maintenance, period.

Injectors:

New style at the least, but answer the question below first.

Turbos? Intercoolers? Clutch?
The real question: What are your goals for the car? On what fuel? What psi?
