Message	the car run? If it starts the just disconnect those fuel injectors and let it run for about a minute. That should dry out the rings and get a fresh coat of oil on the cyl walls. Also could try doing a "wet" compression test. Spray some wd40 into the cyl. This happened on a motor we built. Dont remember why is washed down but it did. All 6cyl were 0psi compression. Shot a little lube down each cyl and it fired right up.
