Not a real concern. I'd honestly have the heads vat cleaned, valve jobbed and then grind the guide protrusions out. I do this to all my cylinder heads when customers opt for my street port.
I've also done volume testing on the ports between the NA/TT heads 30 & 40P and 10Y & 48P heads...they are ALL the same between same family variant in port volume and chamber volume. There is no difference outside the fact that the valves in the TT were made of a better material. Just be cautious of the early model heads as they had softer seats/valves which some experienced issues.
