in your case that decimal makes a big difference =) (11 ohms is okay, .11 is not) you can also use an automotive stethescope or screwdriver on top of the injector at idle to listen for the clicking if you need some reinforcement that it's bad.
If it is bad then you need to replace it obviously. You may consider upgrading all you injectors to the pintle-less style (95+) if you don't want to be messing with this again it'd be worth it.
