: :Mine has poor fitment as well. Yours looks similar. There is a gap at the at the angle (9 o'clock on your circle) even though it fits tight elsewhere. :I'll have to try the heat gun myself. : The two threaded bolts on each side by the headlights that engage the metal wing/clip. I discovered that by pushing up and down on the urethane flange that engages the bolts, I could affect the curve/bow. I (counter-intuitively) found that by changing their angle (pulling the tip more forward (horizontally), they changed the angle of the urethane "flange" and the natural bow of the fascia came back a lot. However, its hard to thread the nut (with the hat) over the bolt when the angle starts to interfer with the use of a socket/wrench...and I stripped on (cross threaded)...so be careful. Leave the nut on the bolt as you move it and then taking the nut off...you should be able to keep the threads nice!
