Rule 1) EVERYTHING is going to be rusty.Rule 2) Pre-soak all bolts with PB Blaster. Heating bolts right before then PB again will REALLY help, cheap hand torches from Home Depot are fine, bigger torches are a plus. (Read: Rule 1) Rule 3) Constant pressure is bad. slightly tightening before and love-tapping to break loose bolts are key. (Read: Rule 1) Rule 4) You're not scott-free until you're done, keep the tap out just in case. (Read: Rule 1) Things to watch out for: O2 sensors - They have a big nut on them (O2 sensor nut). When you remove them the O2 and nut are usually fused together (Read: Rule 1). If your O2's are sluggish you can save time by just buying new OEMs. IF you decide to try to remove the nut and reuse them, realize that getting PB Blaster and other things on the O2's element kills it. Turbo bolts- These things usually are so rusted they just want to snap. I would DEFINITELY suggest heating/PB'ing these. The tighten/tap method is no option here, and neither is replacing the bolts. These are such a pain most people won't even touch em without the tranny out. (Because tapping the turbo is just as big of a pain.)
