You're going to need replace an injector, and #6 is the worst candidate for the "dremel method" which I advise people to stay away from anyway. Strongly consider replacing the entire set and use the new-style. If it's a TT I'd do 740's and get a nicely modded ECU. (Feel free to use OEM flow if you don't care about mods though) While you're in there, do the throttle body bypass and it'll afford you the opportunity to speed up the process by letting you simply cut lines. You'll also want to replace the PCVs with OEM, and their hoses. (More line-cutting time savings) Good luck.
