| Ive done quite a few searches and haven't been able to find the right information or the information I am trying to look for. So I have a 91 NA 2seater. I have the amp sub box in there right now, the amp is sitting on top of the rear deck and the sub is currently in a custom box in the trunk area. Eventually I will get some better custom boxes to enable the T-Top space but my few questions are this. 1) What is under the rear deck cover? Is there anything? I am thinking if there isnt anything vital to the car I would put the amp underneath to try and keep it stealth. I will have a small 12v fan in there with it but I just want to know what is under that. 2) On the sides of the rear deck, are covers that when you open have just some metal and plugs. Is there anything special people have done with that space? 3) In regards to the 10" MTX subwoofers, what is the best angle for them. Currently I have a box that is slightly angle up (and i mean slightly) so it is pretty much hittin the hatch lock point. Vibration of course hit pretty hard, I already moved the hatch lock down and then helped a lot in reducing the hatch rattle noise. Dynamat will be a future thing but my question is.. should I have them facing up in the corners of the hatch (like ive seen the custom boxes) or build a box that aims right at the hatch glass or build a box to aim them up towards the top of the hatch? Any ideas? I searched high and low before posting this but couldn't find the info I needed. One side note I saw the post about putting the sub box under the passenger side seat but this MTX amp is unfortunately a bit too tall (thick). I tried it already
