Message So far I've tried a couple things and I'm not sure which way I'll go.

For these experiments I left the rear pump in series and either powered it or left it un-powered. I never removed it from the line as that would require additional fittings I didn't have lying around. Also, being that my car is in pieces I powered the motors individually or together using my battery charger (12V @ 6A) and not the electronics of my car. I'm not sure if that was overkill for a practical experiment or not but given what I had to work with I figured it was close enough.

Experiment 1:
Rear pump & all tubing & front pump bypass
Result 1: Spray gets about 1/2 way up windshield.

Experiment 2:
Front pump & all tubing & un-powered rear pump in series
Result 2: Spray gets about 1/2 way up windshield.

Experiment 3:
Rear Pump & shortened tubing (eliminated loop back and forth over front fender) & front pump bypass
Result 3: Spray gets about 3/4 up windshield.

Experiment 4:
Front Pump & shortened tubing (eliminated loop back and forth over front fender) & un-powered rear pump in series
Result 4: Spray gets about 5/8 up windshield.

My Thoughts so far...
If I recall correctly from the last time I had to use my sprayers the fluid generally hit too high leaving a nice streak down low where I, as a 5'6" guy, generally spend most of my time looking through the windshield. This makes me think that Ex3 or Ex4 would actually be preferable for me if I were to leave the sprayers on the hood.

I'm strongly considering removing the sprayers from my hood and having the holes shaved before I send it in for paint.

I know I've got some crap buildup inside my washer fluid tubing. I think I may replace the tubing for a few $ and get a marginal improvement.

Removing the extra tubing loop over the front fender seemed to help improve flow pretty well. I still have an additional 6" which can probably be removed from the hose near the rear reservoir which would also help a bit.

If I don't delete the front pump I will likely re-locate it to the wheel well to eliminate the extra loop of tubing up front. This should be a fairly easy task involving a slight modification of the mounting bracket and a small section added to the appropriate wiring harness.

For now while I decide I'm just going to zip tie the front pump and the extra hose close to where I'd consider relocating it. Since my plan is to move the sprayers either on to the wipers or on in to the defrost cowl I will have to re-visit this issue in the future.

Also trying to find info on stronger washer fluid pumps. No luck so far though. Seems most aren't rated in any significant way.
