Message Ok here is whats going on. I did a turbo upgrade on my car. I sent my ECU out to get nistune installed so I can get my car tuned. before I sent my ECU out to get nistuen installed the check engine light was not on. I reacently got the ECU back and hooked it back up in the car and the check engine light came on and I checked the diagnostic code with nistune and it said: consult_DTC_Knock_sensor(starts=1) so I checked out my knock sensor and realized that when I was hooking up all the wires behind my engine I had swaped the Knock sensor harness with another harness that was similar. So I unhooked the battery and swaped the harnesses back around. The check engine light was cleared so I let the car run for a while and the check engine light came back on. So I checked the diagnostics through nistune and it said: cunsult_DTC_new_ok(starts=0). Im not sure what that means but I think it means that all sensors are ok? So anyways I do the diagnostics check directly from the ECU (where you turn the screw clock wise then counter clockwise) and it blinked 55 which means that all sensors are good so I did the test for the o2 sensors and they checked out fine as well. So i tried clearing the check engine light by un hooking the positive and negative terminals on the battery and holding them togeather for 30 seconds and that didnt work. With that said when I sent my ECU out to get nistune installed I also had the guy copy the chip inside of it to put on nistune (since I have 555 injectors and dual intake) so that I can drive my car around until ztuners are in town in april. If any one has any suggestions as to why my check engine light could be on I would greatly appreciate any help!!! thank you
