| if there's any need to re-tighten the screw, do it SLOWLY to allow the arm to adjust. FYI - I somewhat hate this part of the t-belt job. Rotate belt a bit, check gap, adjust tensioner and re-test again. Last time I did it the engine was out of the car -- a little easier on the back. Once the belt has rotated - wait a few minutes before checking the tensioner gap. Also - a nice tool for checking the gap is a 4mm allen wrench. Sorry I don't have the FSM handy for those bolts, but I think the spec is 10-12 ft/lbs. Someone else here will likely chime in?....
