Subject	Two questions : timing belt related

Message	1) my new tensioner is preset with a 4mm gap ( set bolt still in ) . The belt is on ( all lined up correctly ) and i used a big screwdriver to slightly pry on the tensioner to take the slack out of the belt while i tightened the tensioner down . I havent taken the set screw out yet because im not sure if i have the belt too tight or not . do I pull the set screw out and see what it does ? or do i roll it back and forth a few times to give the tensioner time to relax and then remeasur it ? 2) Im need torque specs on the 4 small 7mm screws that hold the vtc spring cover on if anyone knows them . I did search the tech section but the ( ttzd ) timing belt write up takes me to sudden link . wierd . Thanks for any help
