:Those two nuts in that location are way to tight - try loosen them a little an ease the urethane to become flush. :Whatever the case do not paint it with it pinched in like that. The paint will cure with a memory/difficult to rectify. I was using those nuts to "hold" the fascia lip flush with the fender lip. As I said below, maybe the bracket needs to be moved or I could put a washer/spacer in there so that the fascia is held where I want but not stressed???
