| This weekend I was actually planning on having my engine back in the car....that ended up not being the case. I had to remove my passenger side turbo to fix a thread that got striped on the turbo air inlet. When I removed the turbo oil feed line from the center section some of the restrictor stayed behind. I almost puked when I saw it. Maybe I used to much thread lock when installing it? regardless of why..it happened. so....from this point are there any options that don't involve me having to buy a new turbo? Has anyone else ever had this happen? Any help is greatly appreciated! Pics of the disaster:
