Subject	very low idle on new engine with camshaft upgraded

Message	My engine was brand new with cam and I dont be able to get idle higher than approx 400rpm when hot. Cold they run 1100rpm and when they come hot, the idle go down to 400rpm and engine stall. I change iacv with 3 other and they make exacly the same problem. Same problem with base idle screw completly close or open / no change Help me with this.
