Message	can you actually push the car when it is in gear, it will tell if the engine is seized, or try getting a socket on the crank pulley and see if you can turn the engine, if the engine can turn then just connect a jumper cable to the starter positive and a negative to the body bridge the positive to the small feed on the starter solonoid, with the ignition on, also double check the voltage at the battery some new batterys can still be to flat to turn an engine over. hope this helps
