check your vacuum lines for cracks, splits or disconnection.
If the problem persists, check your spark plugs, coil packs, ECU and related electrical components. Even if you've replaced the harness, check it. something may have come lose.
If it's still screwin around on you, check your injectors and fuel system...
if it's STILL acting up, get a 12 guage shotty and point it at the car and in a stern voice proclaim "OK Listen up, if you don't start workin right, i'm going to turn you into Swiss cheese!" j/k =)
