Subject	e-brake doesnt work anymore :(

Message	it did before but the car sat for a few months with it on. i just recently got the car running again and the e-brake wont hold the car still (parked down a little incline, pulled the brake, went to get out, and got back in because the car was moving. im assuming there has to be an adjustment somewhere. maybe something i can tighten to restore the brake. i really could use some help . thanks
