Subject	How Hard is it to replace the VTC solenoids?

Message	My VTC has been making the telltale quack for a few thousand miles, and now that I have to do some work to it, I figured I would replace the VTC system. My solenoids are leaking/melting as most of ours do so I figured I would buy used/tested solenoids from Z1 as well as HD springs and some new seals. What is involved in replacing these solenoids? I couldnt find any information with search. Thanks -Steven
