:1. (most important) What do you want out of your Z? : Casual cruising is much different than dragging/autocrossing/road-racing. 1.Casual cruising with a little fun now and then (mostly the first option) : Your expectations will dictate your options. :2. How much honing needs to take place? : Like txq45 said, you can only *safely* remove so much cylinder wall Not sure about the honing, as i havent had the time to take it to a professional to take a good look at it. And i am aware of only being able to remove a certain amount =\ :3. Money. How full is your cash cannon, and how important is it that this happens? My budget is 4k and i love this car so it is important that this happens, but i do have another daily driver so the time frame doesn't have to be immediately, im somewhat patient : : Those questions really need answered before anyone tries to give you specific help. :General rules: :1. JDM is a complete dark-fire situation. : You CAN'T believe that every JDM motor is pulled and sold @ 40k miles or less, if so, I have some "beach-front" property in Chernoble that is the next Atlantic City... :2. Kyle does the best rebuilds, is trusted, and has several packages to choose from. :3. Digging around in internals costs $.
