| The (stock piping) inlet flange would just need to be cut/welded in proper orientation. at ATP turbo.. they sell hose bib--> 2 bolt configuration adapters. if you want to go that route. This way you will just use a coupler (possibly cut in half to make it shorter) to attach this adapter. Then just bolt the compressor inlet to this new flange. here is what I am talking about..  :[ http://www.atpturbo.com/mm5/merchant.mvc?Screen=PROD&Store_Code=tp&Product_Code=ATP-FLA-012&Category_Code=FLA ] You may be able to cut and even out the stock compressor inlet pipes to be round and use a coupler to the GT2554 turbo inlet.
You will probably have to machine/grind down a bit of the motor mount to clear the inlet pipes. For the compressor outlet.. (I am not sure if they are orientated like the GT28R turbos) you can probably just make either an adapter plate or cut weld it (I dont recommend welding the inlet due to possible warpage.. the outlet you can get away with cutting and turning to proper angle. Or again.. like the inlet adapter sold by ATP.. you can buy a hose bib connection for the outlet but you would need one side to have a 90^ coupler. Just sit down and look at everything you need.
If you have access to a machine shop.. you can mill the inlets down flat, then bolt an adapter flange (similar to how jwt does the 530s, 700bb etc)
