Message	A couple of years back my z had this problem. It turned out that my alternator had a bad diode which would constantly drain like 40 or 50 milliamps (don't really remember but it was out of specs) from the battery with the key off. The diode is a electrically one way check valve that allow current to flow from the alt. to the batt.and not the other way, killing the batt. The alt. has several.
