You'll likely find 0.5 amps or more -- measure with all cars doors closed, security light on dash off, key off, etc. Next start unplugging fusible links (box in front of battery) and note which pulled link causes the amp meter to read 0 current. That will help you track down which car circuit is causing this issue...
