Message	If it was tuned with such an enormous leak (Only a MORON would do it) then the engine was tuned while it was getting unmetered air so it would run pretty rich. Other than that, as the other poster suggested, the air filter's clogged? You really *should have no problem capping that off if it's just dangling.
