Did you look at the fuel tables and get the data or did you do a dyno/highway pull to get the data? In NDS duty cycle is calculated not read. Make sure something is not messing up that calculation. Use the formulas from the id10.html page and compare to the injector pulsewidth read @ RPM. Those duty #'s would seem more plausible for 370cc injectors, not 555cc's.
