Subject	Help! Rough running all of a sudden

Message	Yesterday my Z ran fine but when I started it this morning it ran rough all the way to work & back as though a plug was missing. Probably only have 15,000 on plugs and new 550 injectors from when upgraded. I listened to coil pack with screwdriver handle to ear and could hear that light ticking on all cylinders-so injectors are working I presume. Can a plug quit so suddenly. Any suggestions on what to check? Exhaust has that light sub-woofer bumping sound instead of the smooth purrrrrrr as before. P.S. Probably now has only the power of a Mustang GT.
