Message	than a mixture, but has the lowest boiling point. Adding antifreeze raises the boiling point. The recomendations I've heard are 70/30 to 50/50 (water/antifreeze), but not less than 50/50, and not pure water. It seems like the decision within that range would depend on your car, where you live, the abilities of the cooling system to get rid of heat, etc.
