( I believe 17mm wrench).. use some ~800 grit sand paper and "twist sand" the element that sees the coolant path. Reinstall. Test your 02 sensors. The coolant temp and 02s have different effects on motor once its warmed up. Very easy to check.. so I would start with battery connections, then all electrical connections.. then go from there. use the FSM
