| should be around ~750rpm. you can spray a little carb cleaner in AAC valve to clean it out.. or take it apart (probly will need to purchase new gasket cause it usually falls apart) and clean it thouroughly. Clean all the connections MAF, TPS, CAS, AAC etc (electrical connections).. I use somthing like a small screw driver or dental pik and "scratch" contacts.. Use some oxidation remover or electrical parts cleaner. For the AAC its easy to adjust.. there is a small area that looks like a flat head screwdriver will go into.. turn it clockwise to raise idle vise versa. To clean it with carb cleaner without taking it off plenum. Spray some in while its running. Check O-rings on balance tube, FPR and Dampner).. Are you sure you are on Cylinder #1 with the timing light? The loop on the EFI harness used for testing timing isn't the most reliable somtimes.. use a reg ground. Have you checked fuel pressure or replaced fuel filter? (Get OEM.. it fits better) When you clean any electrical connections.. Make sure negative battery cable is disconnected. Clean battery terminals properly as well. You can check for vacuum leaks by using a propane cylinder with hose and set flow on low. let hose point close to potential leak points.. idle will raise/lower if it finds a leak. Use the FSM as well.. Most likely this is a simple electrical problem. Test the MAF for proper voltage, clean element with electrical cleaner spray alone (dont touch it), Test TPS for proper settings.. its a process of elimination.. START SIMPLE.
