Take photos of the tie rods at each end at the lock nuts for reference. As well, count the number of visible threads on each tie rod up until the lock nut. Remove the old rack, install the new one, and set each tie rod up to the appropriate thread counts you recorded by count and by photo.
Everything will have to be dead nuts on as it was before. Good Luck!
