Message	headlight low beam (I assume just the left) relay but it is still grounded through the dimmer relay. I will have to think on it to understand it. I will do some testing as well - disconnecting head lamps etc. to determine if I can reverse condition. In the end, I can intercept the wire coming from the fog light switch and ground it directly. Then the fog lights will stay on even when you use the high beams.
