Message	1. There's definitely lifter tick in there, from multiple lifters. It does sound like you're low on oil; is your pan dented? 2. There's also some VTC rattle in there; it could be from lack of oil (not totally sure) but if not, a common culprit is VTC springs. Also, give Mobil 1 a shot. I've been fighting lifter tick as long as I've had my Z and Mobil 1 has done the best job to fight it.
