Did you pressure-test the rail before you bolted it in? Could be a pinched o-ring.Could also be that the vacuum isn't on the FPR, @ idle the pressure is ~36-38lbs, because the vacuum is forcing the FPR to keep pressure low, but if the vac line isn't on it'll be @ the mean pressure of 43.5lbs of pressure. (making more fuel get into the cylinder than the ECU is accounting for)
