Message This will transfer to the trans and to the shifter as they are not absorbing the vibrations from the engine as well as OEM mount would.

You are the first to say that the vibration is excessive, To me and everyone else it is very, very minimal to the point where most do not notice any difference, much less than I would have expected when going to a solid mount. I am a VERY picky person about harmonic vibrations and it does not bother me at all.

Obviously there will be some difference in feel from a stock rubber mounted bracket to a solid mount.

I do notice the movement of the shifter because it is directly attached to the trans itself and will move when the trans/trans mount does but doesn't seem to bother me or anyone that has used it so far. This is not a vibration though.

If you are not happy with it/don't like it, feel free to send it back.
