| In an effort to figure out why my ECU won't ground out the ignition and ECCS relays, I pulled the EFI harness and did some long overdue work. The work included: 1) removing the control lines for things I don't use anymore a) boost solenoids b) AIV c) PRVR d) EGR e) knock sensor 2) Integrating into the harness the new things that I do use a) HKS EVC solenoid b) AEM UEGO wideband O2 sensors 3) Relocating the PTU into the footwell 4) Relocating 4 and 6 coil wires into the main coil/injector loom 5) Relocating RH O2 sensor and VTC solenoid to the loom containing the LH O2 sensor, LH VTC, and IACV 6) Replace the broken 2 and 3 pin connectors (O2 sensors, TPS, VTC solenoids) with nice GM Weatherpack connectors (Government Motors might not do cars very well, but their electrical connectors are pretty nice, and dirt cheap) 7) Replace the broken 2 pin connectors (IACV, FICD, CTS) with good Nissan replacements (Z31 recall harness) 8) Replace the entire ground network and power network in the harness 9) Take injector power from the switched ignition coil power line Out of the car, up on the pegboard
 All split loom tube removed:
 PTU relocated
Final product (haven't yet wrapped the PTU harness, since I anticipate trimming it up to suit the position of the PTU in the footwell)
 In the car

HKS EVC in the dash (the solenoid is up under the nose panel, and the remote display is next to the steering column)

I've got all the original harness clamps back on the firewall behind the motor, and have added a few nice padded metal clamps to the O2 sensor/VTC/IACV harness to hold it back underneath the heater hoses. The car actually runs smoother than it did when I first bought it, which I attribute to the new runs of 12 gauge power and ground wires. Many of them were oxidized almost the whole length of the harness.
