It's likely an internal leak. Like Roundabout136 said, get a fuel pressure gauge on it. Pressurize the system. It shouldn't bleed off. It should hold pressure for at least an hour or so. If it starts to bleed off, you've got a leak. If you don't smell anything, then its internal. Next Pinch off the return line, Pressurize the system again. It should hold. If it doesn't then it's likely the injectors, injector o-rings, or fuel pump. To eliminate the pump as the source of the leak, pressurize the system once again, pinch off the return line, and pinch the send line but before the fuel pressure gauge. So that the gauge is in the closed off section of the fuel line. If it still bleeds off, then it's the injectors, or o-rings. Hope this helps.
