| state for oil viscosity? Consider that. Note that a lot on this site use 10w30 and some use 0w30 in their TTs. A 0W30 and a 10w30 have the same viscosity when at operating temp about 10 cSt (centistokes) per standard API spec. Check this out at any oil site product data sheet. When cold the 0W viscosity is lower than the 10W viscosity but both are much greater viscosity than the warmed up 30 viscosity and this is better for quick flowability to parts that need oil at start up like valve train. If 10cSt for the 30 rating is ok at operating temp than the higher viscosity at the colder first start temp would certainly be OK. Look into this tread for additional info on oil viscosity [ http://www.ferrarichat.com/forum/faq.php?faq=haas_articles ] The oil viscosity you use has a lot to do with how you will use the car, the age and condition of the engine, ambient temp over the oil change time. etc. Do more research.
